got this sudden urge to blog..
this matters allows me to sacrifice my slpin time.
as tis matter, i tinking abt it throughout the nite.

ytd, had a short quarrel with "DEAR" manager...
i seriously hate her to core. LOL.
once, i still respect her as my manager no matter how unreasonable is she.
BUT NOW, i have no eyes on her. coz she simply so unreasonable towards part-timers.
AND, she dun even deserve the respect from us.
AND pls, we work at kino, but we are NOT SOLD to kino. LOL.
this sentence really makes me so damn angry.
i hate myself tat why i din tink of so many ur so-called reason to oppose u lol.
another thing is,
i neo tat the ops havin hard time in planning the schedules.
but as a part-timer, doesnt mean tat we can't have our leave been approved.
i neo tat the dept is facing shortage of manpower.
but, we as the part-timer, pls dun forget, at the same time, we are also FULL-TIME STUDENT.
and there is a thing called school event. this event is important to most of the student.
DOES THAT MEAN TAT AS A PART-TIMER, WE SHULD GIVE UP BEING STUDENT?!?!?!
since the "DEAR" MANAGER stated about the WEEKEND part-timer contract, i shall make my comments on it.
u keep saeing about we are WEEKEND PART-TIMER. it true.
but since we are that, den WHY SHULD WE WORK WEEK DAYS FOR U ALL?!?!?!
this is a total unfair thing.
we sacrifice our weekend to work over there, juz because we can and need to earn more money.
and now, juz because the school event is crushed on weekend, WE HAD TO GIVE UP?!?!?!
plus, is a school event!! how many black and white do u need?? 100 million copies.
enough to crush u down!!!!
i had ask my coach to write an email to you, but u simply dun appreciate it, and took it for granted!!!! if u dun let the part-timers off, juz simply sae it out.
DUN fake by telling us u will give an ans back, it is so disgusted lol.
plus, we dun need you to teach us step by step!! felt so disgusted.
Honestly speaking, i despise you from my bottom of heart.
PPL lyk u dun deserve to be respect.
and now i will tell u y we willing to help during weekdays.
is because of the people there, so we willing to help out.
and the people there, DOES NOT INCLUDE THAT MANAGER, OF CUZ.
is because of ppl lyk linda, farah, Shelia, Gary.. all these people, asking us to do em a favour, so we agreed to help out in weekdays.
reason being, we juz dun wan to make things difficult for em in planning the schedule.
BUT , things changed when come to we, weekend part-timer, need to request a simple leave of 2 days during weekend.
we need to find ppl to work full shift for us?!?!?
eh, part-timer doesnt apply to unpaid leave meh?
i got sooo angry abt it.
i regret tat i did not sae out.
for the first 3 times, i might be able to tolerate.
but this time i will not keep quiet.
coz they are simply too unreasonable!!!
it sucky to work under this kind of manager!!
this sucky manager sae tat we are slacking..
Oh my god, the one slacking is calling other ppl slacker.
wat a joke?!?!
i wonder if it will turn out to be a laughingstock when other ppl neo it.
the person only sits in the office, comment tis and that, collecting ' black n white", backstab other ppl.
i will be totally ashamed of myself IF i am this kind of person.
but the person juz dun feel ashamed of herself. HOW SAD!!!
if you dun lyk tat person juz sae it out loud, dun need to go through 3rd party to tell the other person abt it.
i am sure tat tis will apply to other ppl too, but no personal attack.
but is a personal attack to the manager of my dept.

this matter juz simply makes me feel lyk quiting lol.
pls reflect of the comments given by us.
if not, you will never be improved.
it sounds so pathetic tat at the age of yours, still acts lyk a childish person.
you can be flexible, but u choose not to.
tat's really shows how a pathetic person is.
